In Dreams

Sweet dreams of you I have each night
you are  my guiding light,
always there when I'm  down
helping me wear a smile, not a frown


In dreams I'm so happy
with laughter and love in my heart
enjoying each minute I have with you, and never
wanting us to part.


But alas! it's all in a dream,
in reality we're worlds apart,
I can't come to terms with the fact
I'm no longer in your heart.



Soon I will return, to that
wonderful, magical land,  just to 
be with you again my love,
as we walk hand in hand.


 I'll meet you in my dreams!
